Abstract

It is proved that innovative ideas (especially radical) are not always rejected by society and the scientific community. The necessity of an intellectual competitive game (scientific and technical trial of the idea) as a mechanism for generating and evaluating new ideas is justified. Developed by authors the mechanism for the specified game is described in our article.
