Abstract
In this article the authors consider the new marketing concept, i.e. loyalty marketing. Its essence reveals also marketing-mix and tools consider in this article. Loyalty marketing integrates the concept of individual marketing, relative marketing and socioethical marketing. The authors conclude that loyalty marketing tools, in particular, loyalty programs have an institutional nature. Basis of loyal relations are agreement on partnerships.
