Abstract

The aim of the article is to build a universal evaluation system of innovations for development based on fuzzy logic tools. The article overviews main modern approaches to defining and evaluation of innovations for development and its elements. The research resulted in development of hierarchical model for evaluation of industrial enterprises‟ innovations for development and designing of user application. The latter one can be used in the decision-making process.
