MONITORING IN SPORT AND HEALTH DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERSONALITY IN THE COURSE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDITIONING SWIMMING IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

The structure and the content of the main stages of professional swimming training of students in pedagogical higher education institution are presented in the article. Research objective is determining of pedagogical conditions and the model of effective professional swimming training of students in higher education institution. The research was pursued with the students of Penza State Pedagogical University named after V.G. Belinsky. The model of effective professional swimming training of students in higher education institution is revealed and experimentally proved. Qualitative characteristics of the students’ health are revealed. The research results show that the model is effective, innovative technologies of students’ development in the course of professional swimming training can be determined
