Abstract
Criminally-remedial and criminalistics challenges requiring solution for effective search place of act of terrorism are considered in the articles. The tasks which the investigator is obliged to solve after receiving a message about discovery of indicia of crime of terrorist character are allocated. Tactics of search place of incident on initial and next stages of investigative action are offered.
