REACTION OF IMMUNITY AND HEMOSTASIS SYSTEM AT THE LOCAL LEVEL IN THE PRESENCE OF MSSED ABORTION

The analysis of the research results of hemostasis: fibrinolytic (XII-a reversible fibrinolysis) and anticoagulant (an-tithrombin-III) systems; cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, FNO-α) in patients with missed abortion in aspirate from uterine cavity is carried out. The results of the analyses of research of hemostasis parameters at local level allowed to state high risk of development of the increased blood loss in patients with missed abortion. Besides, the increase in concentration of pro-inflammatory cytokines in aspirate from uterine cavity, playing an important role in the course of hemostasis is noted.
