FRAUD IN THE SPHERE OF LENDING TO INDIVIDUALS

This article is aimed at protecting banks and other creditors from unscrupulous borrowers, ensuring the order of credit activity. This topic is topical, since credit fraud is a crime that has taken root in the territory of the Russian Federation and is becoming more dangerous and creates difficulties in creating the most effective forms of counteraction, both at the level of regulatory and legal regulation and enforcement. The purpose of this article is to investigate fraud in the sphere of lending to individuals. The scientific article considers the concept, the essence of fraud, as well as fraudulent actions and measures to prevent them. The work is done on 7 pages.
