Abstract

The article describes the legal basis of the organization of marketing activities of public authorities, through the analysis of foreign and domestic regulatory frameworks. Central contradictions of the marketing activities of public authorities, which need to be addressed with the help of the introduction on the legislative level, the relationship to the citizen as a consumer client are formulated.
