Abstract
Currently, active competition, companies resort to various methods of stimulating sales. One of these methods is marketing actions. The process of developing a marketing action and its implementation requires the participation of employees of different functional units. We have applied a process approach for describing, analyzing and improving cross-functional processes. Technologies of functional process modeling (DFD-chart) are used.
