INTERPRETATION OF STANDARDS OF INTERNATIONAL TREATIES AS ONE OF THE WAYS OF REALIZATION

The international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan made between the subjects of international law have to be properly executed. In the modern world in science there is a number of ways of implementation of international treaties, the participant is this or that state. It is transformation, synchronization, harmonization, incorporation of norms in the national legislation. Not less important way is the correct interpretation of existing rule of the treaty. Difficult questions are raised in the process of implementation of norms of treaties where it is necessary to resort to necessary and important stage of implementation of the right to interpretation of treaties.
