Abstract
The article suggests an option of constructing a concept-based model of the informational and cognitive activity system, and describes its incremental deployment in an actual educational process on a three-axis basis: by time (age-bound stages of education); by changing contents of education and the ways a learner interacts with them; by personal traits of a learner that are manifested in the course of learning.
