Abstract
The issue of spiritual and moral education of younger generation has always had urgent character. The task is to educate kind, honest and hardworking people was faced not only by our fathers and by grandfathers, but also was actual in any centuries and millennia. Spirituality and morality are the priority values, on which youth education should be based. This article reflects the principles and methods of oncoming generation's education, which are the basis for homeroom teacher, their role in formation of personality, the future specialist, professional.
