FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN SCHOOL AS A CONDITION NECESSARY FOR ITS DEVELOPMENT

The practice of work of staff members in Secondary School No. 7 in Surgut on organization of innovative educational environment, providing formation of socially adapted student's personality, motivated for mastering a profession, is described, as well as school development taking into account the strategic priorities for socioeconomic development of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra. The ways to modernize the programs, providing educational institution's activity in terms of resource center for technological education, founded on the basis of cluster approach, are analysed. The results of integration processes among school, educational institutions and city enterprises, aimed at provision of conditions for implementation of principles of lifelong education and early career guidance for pupils, are presented.
