THE EMERGENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL LEAGAL REGULATION OF OUTER SPACE

In the article the author examines the problem of necessity to improve theoretical concepts, as well as the norms of modern space law as to the legal supporting of outer space delimitation. The author traces the path of formation of legal relations of the states in this sphere and makes conclusions, taking into account the history of their international "space" relations; draws conclusions that while certain personal interests of the states take place in their international position, but basic ideas of equality and cooperation are defining.
