THE PLACE OF PLUNDER BY MISAPPROPRIATION AND WASTE OF AN OTHERS PROPERTY AMONG THE OTHER FORMS OF PLUNDER

In article the assignment and waste place among other forms of plunders is considered. Definition of a form of plunder allows differentiating correctly responsibility; it is fair to individualize punishment. In article is shown that in 60-90 years of the last century among forms of plunders assignment and waste had considerable distribution and won first place among plunders. However after refusal of the socialist state, republic transition to the market relations of refusal of public property in the agrarian sphere, dynamics of assignment and waste testifies to its sharp reduction.
