CADASTRAL ACCOUNTING OF LAND RESOURCES IN UKRAINE

It was determined the main problem issues conduction of cadastral land accounting at the state land cadastre in Ukraine. It was highlighted the modern stage of land relations development and solutions. It was offered not only a single database, but cartographic basis for getting the actual planning and mapping information. It was considered fundamentally new system of State land registry, which provides an automated system for its maintenance. It was ensured the development of a data set of all the state land cadastre components, ranging from information on the land legal status and ending performance evaluation and payment for land. Thus, the primary solutions to problems keeping cadastral level of the state land cadastre in Ukraine should be considered: the introduction of a new system of State Land Cadastre, which provides an automated system for its maintenance; ensure the maintenance of the Land Book records and registration books, administration and automated system of state land cadastre state through the territorial bodies specially authorized executive body on land resources; brought in accordance with the law and internal coordination of departmental regulations on the state land cadastre and conduct survey and mapping work; preparation of state cadastre and professionals who will serve automated system. This is mainly territorial bodies employees of Stategeocadastre and Center of State Land Cadastre; adequate budgetary funding. The phased introduction of information and mapping software inventory electronically will provide its transition to a new level, which will help to increase the effectiveness of land management.
