The usage of dispatch control system to improve productivity of dump trucks (on the example of the coal mine)

The article represents «The potential opening» engineering case decision results of the All-Russian Championship Preliminaries winner-team (the championship is in dealing with fuel and energy cases solutions). The authors suggest action plans to improve the dump truck productivity at the opencast coal mine, including repair program design, technical service and cars renovation charts and implementation of automobile transport dispatcher manual computer-aided system «KARYER» («open-cut») with «the operating costs' module». The measures implementation will allow increasing the open cut production capacity up to 6,5 million tonnes of coal a year, to cut down on operating expenses for combustive and lubricating materials, tires, tuning up of motor vehicles and to get cost impact up to 43 million rubles.
