Abstract

The paper proposed to use a zero-generating method for implementing signal processing devices of capacitive micromechanical sensors navigation systems, according to which the conversion capacity in frequency implemented in the allocation of the difference frequency of the two signal generators, in which composed capacity micromechanical sensors (accelerometers or gyroscopes). Developed the capacity-frequency converters, implemented on the basis of this method. Difference formation principle of the output signal provides a high sensitivity of the device without the use of charge amplifiers, which increases resistance to system noise. It is used to form of output pulses two identical generators provides partial compensation for temperature changes the output frequency, which results in extended operating temperature range of processing devices. Also it isoffered the frequency-voltage converter with high linearity in the frequency range up to 1 MHz. The modeling schemes of signal processing devices, which confirmed the possibility of using the differential principle for form an output signal from signal processing micromechanical sensors navigation systems, are developed.
