Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation mechanisms of communicative skills in heterogeneous group teenagers. The analysis of scientific literature on out-of-school work and extracurricular activity in the Vologda general education institutions of compulsory education is presented. The characteristics for the notions of heterogeneous group and extracurricular activity is given. The attention is focused on the nature of the notion of heterogeneous group, which is the basis for the study of teenagers in families of different social statuses (with one, two, three children and more). The examples of various approaches to the notions of extracurricular activity and heterogeneous group are given. A number of tasks set by extracurricular activity is considered. The results determining the formation levels of the main communicative skills of heterogeneous group teenagers are described; they prove the necessity to develop the program for communicative skill formation, which will result in creation of such pedagogic conditions to create a desire in heterogeneous group teenagers to speak meaningfully, logically and in a cohesive way, without any preparation.
