Abstract

In this paper, we discuss the primal and dual linear programming problems using Intuitionistic Fuzzy numbers as in the case of traditional linear programming problems. We talk about the solution procedure of primal and dual linear programming problems involving Intuitionistic Fuzzy numbers without changing in to classical linear programming problems. By using new type of arithmetic operations between Intuitionistic Fuzzy numbers, we have proved the weak and strong duality theorems. Complementary slackness theorem is also proved. A numerical example demonstrated to illustrate the theory discussed in this paper.
