General plan of the settlement point of Kashkino MR the Askin Region of the Republic of Bashkortostan

In this article, the stages of development of the master plan for the settlement of Kashkino MR Askinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan are considered. Development of the master plan for populated areas is a rational mutual placement of industrial enterprises, residential development, improvement of engineering and transport infrastructures of green spaces and recreation areas in order to create the most favorable conditions for life, work and leisure for the population. The master plan is the town planning documentation developed for the territory of settlements and determines, in accordance with the established elements of the planning structure: red lines, borders of land plots, placement of social and cultural services, streets, passages, pedestrian zones, communications of transport, communications, engineering equipment and landscaping.
