Abstract

The purpose of the article is improvement of scientifically-methodical approaches to the development and implementation of reengineering of business processes that represent and form a General idea about the process of implementation of reengineering as part of the realization of a methodical approach to management by components of the balanced scorecard (Balanced Score Card). The subject of the research is development of theoretical and methodological principles of management choice of effective directions of the reengineering of the business processes for Contracting for the construction industry. Methodological basis of research is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the fundamental provisions of economic theory, enterprise Economics and management economic systems, methodological principles of analysis of information technologies, modern concepts of management of innovation activities. The empirical basis of research were the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of reengineering business processes. The results of the work. The article is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological principles of management choice of effective directions of the reengineering of the business processes for Contracting construction enterprises. Improved theoretical and methodological foundations of the choice of directions of reengineering of business processes, adjusted to the specifics of the construction market and of the functional and operating characteristics of these companies. Developed a scientific and methodical provisions on the justification of the choice of effective directions of the reengineering of the processes of contract construction based on balanced system of indicators (Balanced Score Card). The scope of the results. Scientific principles and practical recommendations in the article allows to improve the management of construction contractors. Conclusions. Generalized algorithm of implementation of reengineering, which is in contrast to existing techniques, based on embedded specific steps, which realize a set of specific actions aimed at the analysis, identification of peculiarities of functioning, problems of the company and the fulfillment of certain goals of the enterprise in the complex at each stage. The proposed methodological approach to reengineering, which provides for the assessment of potential, analysis of business processes and the identification of factors internal and external environment, mishada of opportunities and issues for decision-making regarding the feasibility of implementation of reengineering.
