Abstract
This paper investigates the study on Internal curing effect of concrete with the addition of Ground Exfoliated Vermiculite [GEV] at 1.5% to the weight of cement in the cement concrete mixture. It deals with testing by Ultra Pulse Velocity method, Rapid Chloride Penetration test method to convene the values for the experimental investigations. It also aims at studying the mechanical behaviour of concrete with regard to the flexural strength of internally cured reinforced cement concrete beams of size 1000X100X110 mm.
