IPCCR FRAMEWORK DEVISED FOR APPLICATION MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT PROJECTS

To reduce the CAPEX and OPEX in Application Maintenance and Support Projects, I have come up with a framework which is been derived from ITIL V3.2 and DevOps and the following working, details out each activity that will be undertaken during the implementation process.  Approach to application maintenance and support {Includes Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Release (IPCCR)}  Definition of incident priorities (P1, P2, P3 and P4)  Effort estimation for AM projects and pricing  Establishing a Service Level Framework 2 nd, 3rd, 4th points are discussed as part of the “Results of IPCCR Framework designed for AMS” Paper. Capex in Application Support and Maintenance Projects would be with respect to Infrastructure Cost, Data Center Cost, Head, Air Condition, Ventilation Cost, Network Configuration Cost etc. Opex in Application Support and Maintenance Projects will be the number of personnel deployed in the support projects.
