Abstract

Employees are the most valuable resource of the company, so the managers wanted their employees to be professionals, dedicated to the company and capable of development. A competence approach based on personal qualities and behavior is an effective method for assessing staff if it is used in combination with other methods of evaluation. Thus, the relevance of the work lies in the fact that the use of competences in the assessment of personnel will help solve many problems of the company: to identify the strengths and weaknesses of employees, increase their loyalty to the company, make the hiring of personnel more efficient. In this article we analyzed theoretical aspects of competencies and developed a competency model for the sales department of the company «Graphics +».
