Development of a web-oriented electronic portfolio system

In this article the problems of registration of studying, science and other kinds of achievements are being explored. The most common problems connected to accounting of achievements and their rating. An electronic system's structure has been developed complying to modern ФГОС ВО(хз). A methodic of rating students' achievements has been developed. The experiments for rating the quality of developed system has been held.
