Abstract

The article analyzes the legal nature of the relationship of attracting to paid work convicts that are serving sentences in institutions of confinement. The author examined the reasons for and examples of the appearance of problems of legal regulation. Thus, the author of this article are offering their solutions to problems related to the legal and organizational problems of regulation of convicts serving their sentences in prisons
