THE MAIN PROSPECTS AND ISSUES OF UNMANNED TRANSPORT VEHICLE DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA

This article describes the main perspectives and issues of development of unmanned vehicles. Authors emphasized the relevance of the investigation; the dynamics of development and the main predictions for the near future is numerically showed. Also the research work deals with the necessity of creation of legislative base, which will be a basis and certain stimulus, and with the need to involve small and medium-sized business in the manufacturing process of vehicles, which is a scientific novelty
