Abstract
The article analyses the indices of yielding capacity elements of new cotton varieties depending on the mineral nutrition level. Basing on the conducted tests it is noted that various cotton varieties are distinguished by their reaction to the conditions of mineral nutrition. Nutrition deficiency depresses growth functions and yielding capacity, however, it can stimulate product processes at resistant varieties, limiting the development of vegetative mass.
