REHABILITATION; EDUCATIONAL WORK OF A SCHOOL WITH CHILDREN WHO HAVE DEVIATIONS IN BEHAVIOR

Abstract
Introduction. In recent years in Ukraine, there are changes in all spheres of life and education, that lead to a variety of behavioral abnormalities in children, intensifies the tendency of increasing the number of disadvantaged students, especially in vulnerable social groups. The actuality of the research is determined by the need for the rehabilitation and educational work of the school with children who have deviations in their behavior. Purpose. Substantiate the peculiarities of the rehabilitation and educational work of the school with children who have deviations in their behavior. Results. The great majority of minors with a deviant behaviour are socially disadaptative children and adolescents, in respect of which the rehabilitation work should be carried out in order to prevent the process of further social deformation of the personality of these minors, their returning to the full-fledged life in the society. Psycho-pedagogical and social rehabilitation is a complex of measures of social support and diagnostic and correctional programs for overcoming various forms of disadaptation of minors, their integration into the society, which nowadays are carried out by various institutions, organisations and services. Depending on the nature of disadaptation, in rehabilitation measures dominate either psycho-pedagogical diagnostic and correctional programs or socio-pedagogical programs of re-socialization. The basis of the rehabilitation and educational work of the school with children who have deviations in behaviour is helping a child with the implementation of his individual potential, in the formation of full rights citizen of a society. Originality. Re-education only takes place on the basis of the activeness of the child himself in the interaction with the surrounding social environment. The main thing is to achieve a value-reflexive behaviour, which involves the self-assessment of the child's actions. In work with disadapted students who are prone to deviant behaviour, certain principles should be guided. In rehabilitation and correctional work with the disadapted children it is necessary to make an influence simultaneously on their intellectual, motivational, emotional, volitional, subject-practical, existential sphere, as well as the sphere of self-regulation. Conclusion. Thus, the current situation in the society supposes the strengthening of the educational, personality-forming functions of the school as the main educational institution, it is required the school to be not just tutorial-educative, but a personality-forming educational system, which creates conditions for the social formation of a young man, the inclusion of him in a system of social relations, a comprehensive development of a free, creative personality.
