Abstract

Introduction. The problem of personal conflict in the context of socialization of the individual acquires special significance due to the growth of confliction factors of modern life. The source of their emergence is not only the logical deep transformations of the value-normative foundations of a constantly developing society, but also the specific difficulties of «maturing», due to the specific «space-time» of socialization. Modern psychological studies of the situation of personality development point to increased socio-role ambiguity, the complexity of socio-psychological tasks of formation, emphasize the inevitable conditionality of their solution to the moments of internal conflict, psychological disorientation, and emotional discomfort. The effectiveness of the integration of the individual into the professional and social world depends to a large extent on the ability to solve difficult life situations, to choose the appropriate ways of solving life problems without irreversible negative consequences and personal deformations. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to find out the conditions for the emergence of personal conflict. Results. There are conditions that contribute to its occurrence. Let's consider them more perfectly. It is generally acknowledged that personal conflicts can not occur without affecting the identity of the environment, including society. «Pure», which arises only through internal actions, personal conflict is not. It can be divided into two groups based on the nature of the contradictions that underlie conflict: 1) that arises as a result of the transition of objective contradictions external to man, into the inner world (moral conflict, adaptation, etc.); 2) that arising from the contradictions of the inner world of the individual (motivational conflict, conflict of inadequate self-esteem), which reflects the relation of personality to the environment. Among personal conditions is usually called the presence of an individual: a complicated inner world and actualization of this complexity; a complex and developed hierarchy of needs and motives; high level of development of feelings and values; difficultly organized and developed cognitive structure, the ability of the individual to self-reflection and self-reflection. Originality. Particularly worth noting is the problem of the transformation of personal conflict into neurotic conflict. The inherent conflicts of experience become the source of the disease in the case when they occupy a central place in the system of personality relationships. It can not change the conflict so that pathogenic stress disappeared and a rational way out of such a situation was found. Such conflict is the leading place in human life, it turns out to be insoluble for it and, by prolonged, creates affective tension that exacerbates contradictions, enhances difficulties, increases instability and agility, deepens and painfully captures feelings, reduces productivity and self-control. Conclusion. On the basis of systematization of theoretical approaches to the problem of personal conflict in the context of socialization of the person it is established that the psychological reality of this phenomenon determines the complex interaction of external and internal factors. The most productive approach to the systematic study of their interaction is the situational approach, which allows to include in the analysis of the descriptive and functional characteristics of personal conflict. Personality conflict is considered as an important, necessary psychological mechanism of personality transformation in the social situation of maturation and is a specific subjective form of reflection of contradictions between the requirements and conditions of socio-cultural reality and personal needs and resources personality.
