Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the relationship between the psychological safety of the educational environment of the school and the motivation of the teachers' innovative activity. The essence and basic signs of psychological safety of the educational environment of institutions of secondary education are revealed. It is shown that a psychologically safe educational environment provides the subjective well-being of participants in the educational process, stimulates them for creativity and selfdevelopment.
