TOLERANCE TO UNCERTAINTY AS AN IMPORTANT SKILL OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGIST

The paper actualizes the introduction of a notion «tolerance to uncertainty» to psychology because of the necessity to explain the features of person's behavior in uncertain, ambiguous situations. The article deals with the psychological characteristics of uncertainty. The role of uncertainty in the future development of the personality psychologist is determined. The nature of tolerance to 107 uncertainty is described as a psychological phenomenon. Tolerance to uncertainty is considered as an important skill of future psychologist.
