Abstract
Introduction. The urgency of the problem of the article is connected with the fact that students of postgraduate pedagogical education did not stand out earlier as a subject of andragogical researches in Ukraine and were considered as ordinary students of universities. While increasing the effectiveness of their training, we attribute their attitude to them as subjects of their education due to their age, personal and professional pedagogical experience, and motivation for learning in the second education. That is why the training of such listeners should be studied separately. Purpose in the article examines the state of development in the scientific and pedagogical studies of Ukraine of the andragogical problem of teaching teachers in the institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education in Ukrainian universities. The article defines for the first time the andragogical features of such listeners in teaching. Results. The author singled out on this basis the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process with them, the main problems of their learning are revealed on the basis of analysis of the theory and practice of working with them. Also the author proves the necessity of separate preparation of teachers for work with them on the basis of subject-subject relations. Such training should be carried out at the university as a methodical work of the departments and self-education of teachers, combined with the theory and practice of working with listeners. In the article the author summarized the research on the world and domestic experience of the problem research, uncovered possible ways to increase the effectiveness of the educational process in postgraduate pedagogical education, singled out the main scientific approaches to it, listed for him possible training technologies, methods, ways. The prospect of further research is the construction of a model of such training for students at the university on the basis of a combination of andragogical and competence approaches, combined with full-time and distance learning, counseling and facilitation during the inter-sessional period, with separate training of university teachers for work with them on subject-subject basis. Conclusion. Institutes of postgraduate education within the university for the preparation of teachers - a separate degree of pedagogical education throughout life, which has its own peculiarities. Postgraduate pedagogical education should be considered as a subsystem of education throughout life and higher education at the same time as a relatively independent system of pedagogical education.
