Abstract

Introduction. At the modern stage of development of society, science, appearance of new high technologies there are increases risk an emergence of large-scale catastrophes, accidents, disasters. Due to this training of specialist gets special significance, who participate in liquidation consequences of emergencies, namely specialists of operatively-rescue service of civil protection of Ukraine SES. The content of professional activity in extreme circumstances, its features, in particular extremely high complexity, and danger, physical and mental saturation provides a whole number of professional and personal features as: high civil consciousness and responsibility, psycho-pedagogic preparedness, mental stability and reliability of emergency specialists to work on the edge of human abilities. These circumstances of activities of operatively-rescue service of civil protection SES of Ukraine determine high requirements not only to health, physical condition, and also to their individual psychological features. Purpose. Disclosure of training features of future professionals of operatively-rescue service of civil protection of Ukraine SES to professional activity considering psychological part of professional education. Results. The service of specialists of civil protection service of Ukraine SES constantly related with nervous-psychic tension (high temperatures, high concentration of gases, low visibility, possible collapses, explosions, poisoning, negative emotional influences during transporting of wounded or burned people, etc.), higher physical stress, necessity to keep up an intensity and concentration of attention (tunnel works, cellars, underground galleries – in a small space), high responsibility of each specialist at the rescue works, in case of unexpected arise of obstacles, which complicating execution of combat task. Into first group of motives directly belongs activity-procedural and effective. Meaning characteristic of this group of motives: interest to the activity, wish to reach certain heights, to master better professional duties, need in satisfaction results of work, motives for career growth, etc. Second group include motives to display personality in profession: needs in self-realization, self-development, by means of professional activity; third group: professional communication motives, in the basis of which is the desire to gain authority. Fourth group has motives that focused on external side of profession: motives to prevent troubles, awareness of the inevitability of control. Combination of motives forms internal determination of professional behavior. There is constructive orientation - orientation on achieving results, on self-development, and nonconstructive – on the outsides. Originality. The problem of studying the peculiarities of the service of modern specialists of operatively-rescue service of civil protection of Ukraine SES is unexplored because amount of their work increases: not only fire extinguishing and rescue works, and also liquidation consequences of man-made accidents, catastrophes, natural disasters, so for the success of the rescue task and liquidation of emergencies of different character it is necessary to prepare the specialist of appropriate psychological and physical level, which can provide qualified assistance or eliminate danger situation. Conclusion. Research of the structure of professionalism of future specialists of operatively-rescue service of civil protection of Ukraine SES allows us make some conclusions. Professionalism of specialist – it is system quality as a subject of activity. The basis of professionalism is made up by operational, motivational, semantic components. It's matters readiness for professional activity and professional self-regulation. In semantic sphere self-regulation interacts cognitive emotional and behavioral components.
