Abstract

Introduction. The author investigates the actual problem of preparing preschoolers for the study of reading and writing. Preschool childhood is an important period of personality development. This period is favorable for the formation of the cognitive sphere of the child. The child moves from perception to mind. This is the period of active formation and development of speech. Speech plays an important role in the cognitive activity of the child. Therefore, it is necessary to create conditions for the development of speech, teaching of reading and writing. Based on an analysis of recent studies and publications, the author concludes that the problem is urgent. The purpose of the article is to explore the pedagogical aspects of preparing preschoolers to the study of a grammar. Results. The article analyzes the essence of the concept of "speech". It has two forms: oral and written. It is therefore important to teach children reading and writing. The preschool linguodidactics is considered by the author as the basis for teaching a grammar. The article presents the purpose, subject and tasks of preschool linguodidactics (by A. Bogush). The author analyzes the stages of teaching preschoolers of reading and writing. In the process of learning, the important task is to prepare the child's hands for writing. The article describes the importance of this direction of work. The game is the main activity in the life of a preschooler. Therefore, the game is the main form of work with preschoolers. The author offers a set of game exercises to prepare the child's hands for writing. The conclusion of the article is the statement that the preparing the child's hands for writing is an important aspect of speech development. The effectiveness of this process depends on the professional competence of the educator.
