Ways of overcoming the heterogeneity of economic space

The main reasons for the heterogeneity of economic space and their consequences are considered in the article. The overcoming of the economic space heterogeneity, first of all, is aimed at eliminating the causes and consequences of the heterogeneity. One of the tools that can reduce the heterogeneity of the economic area could be a multilevel system of strategic planning of territorial development, which is represented by the spatial-temporaldecomposition of strategic goals, directions and priorities of the territorial development.
