Abstract

The innovation in environments of learning improves the quality in the education. The research that involves the processing of the information in reading and writers skills by educational opened resources and the use of TICs, it is developed from the following question: how do the advance and processing of the information help to develop processes of reading and writing by the use of technological tools and educational opened resources, In pupils of the third degree of basic primary? The aim of study was to implement some educational opened resources, in the practice of the reading and writing skills, by technological tools to develop activities that conducive those skills. Methodologically, the mixed investigation was applied, involving the qualitative and quantitative approach; the research sample was integrated by 4 teachers, 24 students, 24 family parents of the third degree of basic primary. As data collection techniques was used a questionnaire to measure the reading-writing ability of students, interview teachers and parents. The results demonstrated that the TICs developed reading and writing skills and motivate the learning; those skills are considered as a base of the learning in the different disciplines of the knowledge.
