Modeling the Influence of Internal and External Factors on the Effectiveness of the Process of Forming the Personnel of an Industrial Enterprise

The essence is specified and stages of process of formation of the personnel of the industrial enterprise are allocated. The factors of external and internal influences accompanying the process of forming the personnel of an industrial enterprise and directly or indirectly influencing the implementation of its specific stage are determined. The selection of indicators that play the role of factor characteristics is substantiated, and the influence of each of the identified external and internal factors on the process of forming the personnel of an industrial enterprise is characterized. The modeling of the influence of each factor on the efficiency of the process of forming the personnel of industrial enterprises at the sectoral level is carried out. Interpretation of dependences, which are mathematically meaningful and having an economic content, is performed. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of the most effective factors on the processes of forming the personnel of an industrial enterprise.
