Abstract
A monitoring study of the sausage market of the Kabardino-Balkaria Republic for the presence of genetically modified components was carried out. The presence of GMI in four samples was shown. In one of the samples, a transgenic soybean line 40-3-2 (Monsanto) with resistance to glyphosate was found. In three other samples, there is a 35S Cauliflower Mosaic Virus promoter.
