Abstract
Currently, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in comparison with the previous criminal legislation, formulated the main provisions of the circumstances that exclude the crime of the act, and in addition — provisions on violation of conditions of detention, in which there is criminal liability for the harm caused.
