On Relationship Religion-Individual and Society (Example of Ünver Gü-nay, Peter Berger, E. M. Hamdi Yazır)

Abstract
Many observations and evaluations were made about the relationship between religion and society. Unfortunately, in evaluations made an attitude that we can say “reductionist” and “generalizer” has been obstructed to read religion-society relations in a balanced and healthy way. Ünver Günay, in his formulation shaped as “Objectification of subjective religious experience”, draws attention to both internal-individual and external-social direction of religion which founding element of society. In another way, Peter Berger tried to explain pointing to the cycle of "socialization" by his formula which shaped “internalization, externalization and objectivation”. E. M. Hamdi Yazır who competent on the philosophical discussions of his period made the necessary defense by saying “rising of person in society, rising of society in person” to the extremist individualist who neglected the society and to the extremist sociologist who don’t value the individual; otherwise he drew attention “righteous religion” the importance of religion that construct the social spirit.In this article Ünver Günay, Peter Berger and E. M. Hamdi Yazır’s exceptional approaches that criticizing mentioned extreme approaches and commenting original synthesis and comments on religion-society relation were discussed.
