Abstract
The article explores the concept and types of legal interests in the Anglo-Saxon legal system. In particular, interests in property law and contract law are analyzed. The legal interest in the Anglo-Saxon legal system can mean both the right to specific property and the property interest in a more general form, for example, the right to all but real estate, or indicate an unconditional, unrestricted property right as such.
