Abstract
The article considers the problem of the social disciplining as a component of the Lutheran confessionalization. It analyses the Saxon evangelical ordinances of the confessional age. The main directions of power's control over the patrials are defined. The conclusion proves an important role of the evangelical ordinances in the formation of territorial statehood of the Electorate of Saxony.
