The data on the importance of glossal diagnostics among the patients having diseases of the digestive system are provided in this article. The knowledge of glossal diagnostics is important in case of preventive examination and health precautions. Studying of glossa dorsal surface state in connection with the gastrointestinal diseases at young persons determines further tactics of oral cavity sanation
