ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF COMPETENCE OF THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS: HEADQUA RTERS IN THE FIELD OF ICT

The article highlights the role and the importance of retraining and advanced professional development courses in the development of competence in the field of information and communications technologies (ICT) and the formation of skills in relation to the wide use of modern ICT opportu nities and the global network of pedagogical staff. In addition, this article describes opportunities of existing modules for retraining and advanced professional development courses in the organization of pedagogical staff's cooperation in the network, in further development of skills to implement ICT and systems in educational processes.
