Abstract
The article describes the main factors influencing the financial-economic stability. Particular attention is paid to the cyclical economic system and lifecycle of enterprises. The connection between variations in the level of financial-economic stability and stages of their life cycle was detected. Based on the research, the broader concept of "financial-economic stability" was revealed the essence.
