Abstract
The results of theoretical researches of assessment of projects and processes are presented in article on the basis of the review of the scientific sources concerning application of process approach to assessment of the enterprise activity efficiency and the international standards of project management. The considered theoretical aspects can be used in the course for the further research of application of business process indicators for evaluating efficiency of projects
