ESTIMATION OF CHRONOMETRY AND CONDITIONS OF WORK OF THE COMPUTER TELECOMMUNICATIONS WORKERS ON DIFFERENT STAGE S OF THE WORKING CYCLE

The article investigates the cycles at the different telecommunication for the first time in the Republic of Moldova. The analyses showed that the operator's health depend of the work's conditions: the forced pose (sit down), hypodynamics, monotonics, the modifications of the lighting, professiographycal oral moment, using the telephone headset assembly, the emotions, etc. The study results contribute to the development of the theory of adaptive response processes during computer activities. The existence and significance of predisposing risk factors and triggers were demonstrated. The specificity and high sensitivity of the questionnaire method were proven.
