TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP AS SETTING UP SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT OF CHANGES

The article analyzes theoretical and methodological aspects of transformational leadership in management. The transformational and transactional leadership styles are considered. There are six general principles that define the main conditions for attracting and retaining the attention of the subordinate leader. The general principles of concentration of efforts in stimulating the maintenance of changes and their successful conduct are described.
